Refund and Returns Policy

At NAMS Jewellery, we take great care to deliver premium-quality silver jewellery. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for worn or damaged items.

  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) must be intact.


3. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

  • The video must start from a sealed package and clearly show the product.

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


4. Return Request Process

  • All return or refund requests must be initiated via WhatsApp or phone call only.

  • Requests made through any other mode may not be considered.

  • Our team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps.


5. Reverse Pickup

  • Once the return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable.

  • In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product as per our instructions.


6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at the NAMS warehouse.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur shipping and restocking charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

  • COD service is under development and will be introduced soon.


10. Product Images & Representation

  • We ensure professional photography of all products, keeping original size, design, and detailing in mind.

  • Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature of jewellery.


11. Final Decision

  • All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by NAMS Jewellery.

  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject any request if the policy conditions are not met.
